As you are aware the NSW Government has announced the Greater Sydney lockdown until at least Friday, 30 July with a further review at the end of this time. After consultation and review of the complexities involved, the Soccer Gala Days and Diocesan Athletics Carnivals have been cancelled.

 

We share your disappointment in these decisions, however, given the timing of these events so close to the lockdown period and with all events listed involving multiple schools, large numbers of teams, parent/carer drop off and pick up complexities and involvement from both secondary schools and many external officials and providers it became a sensible decision in the end.
