In Year 3G, we are learning about Forces in our Science and Technology unit of work. We have been looking at push and pull forces and how they affect the direction and speed at which an object moves. Year 3 became balloon rocket engineers and experimented with different amounts of air in the balloon to placement above and below the straw on the line to see how this impacted on how far and fast the balloon would travel along the line. There were some major differences discovered. Learning was lots of fun too!
