During Term 2, Kindergarten students have very much enjoyed their Music lessons, which have seen us sing, dance and play various instruments to a range of music. Together, we have explored the musical concepts of beat, fast and slow (tempo), loud and soft (dynamics) and high and low (pitch). We have also had a look at a range of instruments including string, wind and percussion instruments. Our favourite songs to sing include Come on In, A Ram-Sam-Sam and our absolute favourite, Twinkle, Twinkle Rock Guitar. We also love playing games to show the difference between high and low pitch sounds, and using our bodies and a range of instruments to keep a beat. Music is great - you definitely can't beat it!
