This term Year 1 have been learning about Forces in Science. Over the last couple of weeks, they learnt about friciton and how friction is affected by how rough a surface is. They created a Zip Line experiment to see if their army men would move faster on string or fishing line. They also made Friction Raceways to see which materials had more or less friction, and the race was on!
