Please know that you are always welcome to speak with your child's teacher either over the phone, by email or make an appointment. Communication with your child's teacher is important, so please do not hesitate to speak with them.

First Holy Communion
Congratulations to all the children in our parish who celebrated their First Holy Communion last weekend at Warrawong and Berkeley. This weekend the second group will receive this special sacrament. May the love of Jesus shine in their hearts now and forever. Please keep these children and their families in your prayers.
Welcome, Malak!
On Monday, we welcomed the Jameel family to St Francis of Assisi with Malak starting at our school in Year 3 Gold. We wish Malak and her family all the best as they start their educational journey with us.

At the start of 2023, all NSW schools will implement the new English and Mathematics K–2 syllabuses. The new syllabuses emphasise key concepts, identify essential knowledge and skills, and include new outcomes to clearly show what is essential in these important Key Learning areas.Thank you to the P&F for their generous donation of $1,700. This donation will enable us to purchase new readers for our classrooms to assist with the rollout of these new syllabuses. Purchasing resources, including new books, wouldn't be possible without the commitment of our families and the support of the P&F. Thank you again!
Welcome, Chloe - Aspire OSHC
In the last fortnight, we have welcomed Chloe as the new coordinator for Aspire OSHC. Chloe is an experienced educator and comes to St Francis of Assisi with a wealth of experience, having been the coordinator of the St Paul's, Camden service. We look forward to working in partnership with you, Chloe!
