What gorgeous weather for our Year 3 and Year 4 excursion to Cockatoo Island on Wednesday 14 June. The students had a wonderful day of exploration and learning about Australian history. A huge thank you to our teachers - Mrs Matos, Ms Maloney, Mrs Welch, Mrs Stewart and Mrs Burrows - for their organisation and supervision to make this wonderful experience possible for the children. Thanks also to Father Damien for joining our staff and students for the day. Your historical knowledge was a great addition to our day and we are not sure if you or the children had bigger smiles.
