From the Assistant Principal
Our Social and Emotional Learning focus has been accepting others’ personal space and boundaries. Students have been reminded that if someone gets too close, politely say to them “Please can you move out of my personal space, I don’t feel comfortable.” If someone asks them to do this, they need to respect them and remember it is OK to give them space.
New Curriculum Preparation-Years 3-6 We have been preparing to implement the new curriculum in English and Mathematics for Years 3 - 6. Mr Green and Mrs Matos have been to an English Professional Learning Day and will be attending a Mathematics Professional Learning Day next week in preparation for the continued roll out of these new curriculum areas..
