Diocesan Cross Country 2025
Congratulations to all our students who braved the windy conditions to compete at the Diocesan Selection Trial at Unanderra last Tuesday.
A special mention to Oliver in Year 4, who was selected for the Wollongong Diocesan team to compete at the NSWCPS Championships in Sydney in a couple of weeks. Congratulations, Oliver!
Sporting Schools Term 2
The Year 1-6 students are really enjoying the cricket program being held this term. So far they have had 2 sessions, and are learning lots of new skills whilst being active with their friends.
NSWPSSA Hockey Championships
2025 NSW PSSA Primary Hockey Championships in Newcastle.
Congratulations to Olivia (Year 5), who competed as part of the MacKillop Team at the PSSA Hockey Championships 2 weeks ago. Despite challenging conditions over the four days, Olivia and her team put in a tremendous effort through wind and rain.
The MacKillop girls' team earned a silver medal in the grand final against Sydney East. We are immensely proud of Olivia for her outstanding achievements at the NSW State PSSA Championships.
A highlight for our students was witnessing Olivia play in the grand final. Olivia, our students were thrilled to see you represent our school and the Diocese. We are certain you heard the cheers from the St Francis of Assisi students in Newcastle! We are incredibly proud of you!
