NAIDOC Week
We recognised and celebrated NAIDOC Week on Friday the 20 November 2020. The students participated in a variety of activities to honour this year’s theme “Always was, Always will be.” The theme recognises that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years.The celebrations started with a liturgy in the hall, the students showed so much respect and reverence during the liturgy. Throughout the rest of the day students were involved in a number of rotations, which celebrated the history and culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
